Heath Village is a not-for-profit community for adults 55+, providing state-of-the-art housing and services with programming that empowers our residents and our staff to be all they can be and do all they can do.

Located on a 200+ acre campus nestled along the bucolic Musconetcong River in desirable Morris County, NJ, Heath Village has been intentionally designed and continually evolves to reflect the tastes, interests and budgets of intelligent retirees with vibrant personalities. The enriched senior experience of active and purposeful living at Heath Village benefits not only our residents and their families, but extends to the greater community in the area.
