Heath Village (“Heath Village,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.heathvillage.com (the “Site”). We are a non-profit, full-service senior retirement community located in Hackettstown, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only and does not cover third-party websites we link to.
This Site is an informational and marketing website. It does not contain, store, or display any personal health information, medical records, or protected health information, and it does not request or collect health information from visitors. The information practices of Heath Village as a healthcare provider — including protected health information (“PHI”) governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) for residents and patients of our health care facilities — are governed by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Privacy Policy.
