Fee Structure

Heath Village pricing can include two basic types of costs:

1. Your Entrance Fee
This one-time fee is your investment in both your selected home and the Heath Village lifestyle and amenities.

2. Your Monthly Fee
Once you’ve chosen your home, you’ll pay a monthly fee, based on the residence you choose and the number of occupants.
